Who’s eligible?
Whether it’s a brick-and-mortar business, a blog, a WooCommerce shop, a podcast, a newsletter, a game, an app, Writeropolis Media would like to hear about it!
All ideas will be considered, but only the best ideas will receive sponsorship for one year, as well as an exclusive ‘Powered by Write On’ badge for your site.
It’s quick and easy to apply for Powered by Write On, and there isn’t just one winner — we’ll award sponsorship to all of our favorite projects.

Why ‘Powered by Write On’ exists
We were inspired by our host company, NameCheap, which has a similar program. We wish we had a competition like this when we first started!
Here at Writeropolis Media, we’re passionate about helping those who come after us. Whatever we can do to support that, we will. Getting a seat at the table and having a voice in the conversation shouldn’t have to be a “pay to play” endeavor. By offering this competition, we hope to help level the playing field somewhat.

Terms and conditions
- Participation in the contest is open to everyone and completely voluntary; therefore, the applicant has a choice whether or not to respond and disclose further information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.
- Entrants agree not to submit projects that might be deemed inappropriate for our team to review. As American citizens, we value freedom of speech; however, this does not protect you from the consequences of that speech.
- The Writeropolis Media team will assess applications, and winners will be notified by email within 30 days.
- Writeropolis Media reserves the right to decline sponsorship without explanation.
- Applicants are allowed to submit a maximum of one idea per calendar month, as we want you to stand on business and not submit your project without reflection. If our team doesn’t accept your project, please refrain from resubmitting with minor changes.
- Information submitted in competition entries will be used only to decide the winners and will not be shared elsewhere by Writeropolis Media without express permission from the entrant.
- Sponsorship lasts one calendar year and one day only, after which domain and hosting renewals are charged at the usual prices.
- By entering, you agree to display the ‘Powered by Write On’ badge on your site for one year and one day after accepting the prize. You’re welcome to remove it at any time after that date.
